🛠 Key Responsibilities
· Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, and continuous improvement
· Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection
· Lead PPAP documentation preparation and customer system submission
· Investigate and resolve customer complaints during prototype/sample phases
· Develop and analyze quality metrics for internal and external reporting
· Participate in internal and external quality audits
🎓 Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
· 2+ years of relevant industry experience
· Familiarity with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and quality standards
· Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving
Indian nationality required (visa sponsorship available)
🛂 Work Visa Sponsored (China Z Visa) – Company Support Provided
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: RMB 10,000 – 13,000 (before tax)
Meals:
Free lunch provided daily
Free dinner provided on overtime days
Accommodation:
Shared dormitory (4 persons/room)
Rent: RMB 150/month (utilities shared)
Visa Support:
Visa application handled by company-appointed agency
Visa cost initially paid by employee, fully reimbursed after 1 year of service
Annual Air Ticket:
One free round-trip flight between China ↔ India per year
If employed less than 6 months: airfare self-paid
If employed 6 months or more: airfare reimbursed or directly booked by HR
